Langtang Gosaikunda Trek takes you to a gorgeous valley of Langtang surrounded with blue coloured mountain lakes. The beautiful scenery of the lakes and the background of snow clad hills seems will pleased you eyes.
Langtang Gosaikunda Trek isn’t practically mountain lakes, it’s a joyful trek that includes of Langtang National Park and a lot of other cultural settlement villages. We can discover lots of unique floras and faunas maintained within the park. Walking across the lush forests of Rhododendron and Bamboo at the park and if lucky, a chance to experience the infrequent Red Panda and a number of different creatures sheltered within the park.
You can find the manifestation of Tibetan Buddhist civilisation in the Gompa at Langtang. In the same way, you can taste the newly produced Yak Cheese from the Cheese factory of Langtang. Researching the towns and interacting with individuals is an opportunity to experience the exceptional culture, heritage and lifestyle of those people residing in these areas.
During the entire moon night of August annually, you may come across the lake filled with Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims. According to the Hindu mythology, Gosaikunda was shaped when Lord Shiva endeavoured the toxin to defend the world from it. Not able to endure the burn due to poison, he utilised his trident to pierce a hill and drank the water out of the mountain. The water from mountain shaped amazing lakes in Langtang valley specifically Gosaikunda Lake, Bhairav Kunda Lake and a lot more.
Moving alongside Helambu, it’s considered a research centre for Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
