  1. Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu (1350 m)

    Arrival in Kathmandu (1350 m) You will be great by our representative at airport upon your arrival in Kathmandu. Alpine Glacier Treks will all the arrangement to transfer to Hotel.

  2. Day 2 Free day in Kathmandu: Sightseeing and Trek Preparation

    Free day in Kathmandu: Sightseeing and Trek Preparation Today, you are almost free and give you an opportunity to visit the heritage site of Kathmandu and followed by short brief pre group departure meeting in the evening.

  3. Day 3 Kathmandu – Aarughat (710 m)

    Kathmandu – Aarughat (710 m) 8h00 drive. The day of the departure to the Aarughat is by local bus. A regarding drive through the countryside of Nepal will enjoy mountain scenery, forests, beautiful landscapes and villages and get Aarughat in late afternoon.

  4. Day 4 Aarughat – Labubensi (900 m)

    Aarughat – Labubensi (900 m): 6h00 walk. The First day of the trek, walking though the newly construction rough road to Sotikhola. Then we cross a bridge trek though the forests along the Budi Gandaki River passing by several villages, rice fields and waterfalls and get Labu Bensi.

  5. Day 5 Labubensi – Khorla Bensi (970 m)

    Labubensi – Khorla Bensi (970 m) 6h00 walk. After the breakfast in the morning we head to Khorla Bensi passing by rocky trail, descend to Budi Gandaki river bank, walk along the sand then climb a side and down to cross a suspension bridge to reach Machhakhola and some up and down get Khorla bensi.

  6. Day 6 Khorla Bensi – Jagat (1400 m)

    Khorla Bensi – Jagat (1400 m) The trail goes to along the Budi Gandaki River Bank few more ascends and descends come to a small Hot spring in Tatopani. After crossing a suspension bridge take over another ridge and get Dovan and Yaru Phant. We cross a suspension bridge of yaru khola then climb up the well managed stone stairs. Finally we get Jagat in the lap of river.

  7. Day 7 Jagat – Lhokpa (2240 m)

    Jagat – Lhokpa (2240 m) 6h00 walk. As usual as other days, after breakfast the trail leads an easy trail up to the Ekle Bhatti a junction to go Manasu circuit trek and Tsum Valley Trek, We catch up right side way to get village of Lokpa which considered as lower Tsum.

  8. Day 8 Lokpa – Chumling (2390m)

    Lokpa – Chumling (2390m) 5h00 walk. Today, starts trek with descending to a stream then climbs up into pine and rhododendron forests with zigzag and difficult trails to get another settlement and cross a stream to get Chhumling.

  9. Day 9 Chumling – Chhekhangparo (3010m)

    Chumling – Chhekhangparo (3010m) 4h00 walk. The trails goes gradually ascends through pine forest and cross suspension bridges over the stream; enjoy with great view of Ganesh Himal and get Chhekangparo.

  10. Day 10 Chhekhangparo – Nile (3240m)

    Chhekhangparo – Nile (3240m) 4h00 walk. The trail leads you Lama gaon then cross several suspension bridge along the trail by experiencing the local villages and antic monasteries with their treasure of arts upstream to Nile.

  11. Day 11 Nile –Mu Gumpa (3700m)

    Nile –Mu Gumpa (3700m) 4 hrs The trail goes gradually uphill walk to west bank of the valley in barren landscapes. We are very near to Tibet border while we arrive in Mu Gompa.

  12. Day 12 Exploration day in Mu Gompa

    Exploration day in Mu Gompa The whole day, we spent to visit Mu Gompa area. There is a largest monastery in the valley. The monastery is situated in top of the Tsum valley afterward there is no settlement remains only barren Tibetan plateau.

  13. Day 13 Mu Gumpa – Rachen Gompa (3500 m)

    Mu Gumpa – Rachen Gompa (3500 m) 5h00 walk. After excursion Mu gumpa we descend back same trail following by shiar khola Phurbe then turn a way to Rachen Gompa just opposite site of Lama Gaon

  14. Day 14 Rachen Gompa – Chumling

    Rachen Gompa – Chumling 5h00 walk. The trail come up to Phurbe then cross a bridge to get Lama Gaon and same way to Chumling.

  15. Day 15 Chumling – Deng (1810 m)

    Chumling – Deng (1810 m) 6h00 walk. The trails descend through the same route till ekle Bhatti the cross a suspension bridge opposite bank of Tsum valley trek follows to Manaslu Circuit Trek passing through the small settlement of Pewa then get to Deng.

  16. Day 16 Deng – Namrung (2600 m)

    Deng – Namrung (2600 m) 6h00 walk. As usual as other days, we head to Namrung. After a short walk cross a suspension bridge in Deng crossing over small settlements Rana and Bihi and pleasant walk to Ghap. We further cross Budi Gandaki River several times it comes across many monasteries in the trail. Finally, cross over a bridge a fine walk to climb up to get Namrung.

  17. Day 17 Namrung – Samagaon (3530 m)

    Namrung – Samagaon (3530 m) 6h00 walk. Early morning, after the breakfast we left the Namrung, an impressive view point for Ganesh Himal and Siringi Himal in Nupra valley. The trail leads to Samagaon passing by several Tibetan villages with their pristine culture and peoples, Chhortens, monasteries as well as massif views of Manaslu en route.

  18. Day 18 Samagaon – Acclimatization day!

    Samagaon – Acclimatization day! Samagoan is an ancient Tibetan village, where we spend a day for rest and acclimatization. The village is enriched in culture and typical settlements. This is considered first base camp for Manaslu expedition. This day you allow exploring Birendra Lake, Pungen monastery and village.

  19. Day 19 Samagaon – Samdo (3860 m)

    Samagaon – Samdo (3860 m): 4h00 walk. Today, we walk along the Budi Gandaki River in Tibetan plateau passing by several mani walls en route. Finally, we get Samdo.

  20. Day 20 Rest Day in Samdo

    Rest Day in Samdo. Rest day in Samdo set up you proper acclimatization. The day allows you to discover desert valley in Tibet border and hiking opportunities above the village.

  21. Day 21 Samdo – Dharamsala (4460 m)

    Samdo – Dharamsala (4460 m) 4h00 walk. Exploring wilderness of Tibet border, we continue walk to Larya Base Camp and known as Dharmashala also. Today is a short day trek to Dharmashala enough time for acclimatization. There is stone made house not a lodge but kind of shelter called Dharmashala.

  22. Day 22 Dharamsala – Bhimthang (3800 m)

    Dharamsala – Bhimthang (3800 m) 4h00 walk. A short climb after we enter to a valley on the north side of Larkya glacier. Horizontally, walk along the alpine valley leads Larkya – La at 5,218 m reward pristine mountain scenery of Annapurna and Ganesh Himal range then long descend to Bhimthang.

  23. Day 23 Bimthang – Tilije (2300 m)

    Bimthang – Tilije (2300 m) 6h00 walk. As usual as other days, we start our trek in early morning. Once, enjoy with great views of Mt. Manaslu, Lamjung Himal, and Himlung Himal. We descend towards Tilije passing through high pasture, rivers, and rhododendron forests. Finally get in Tilije.

  24. Day 24 Tilije – Tal (1700 m) 6h00 walk

    Tilije – Tal (1700 m) 6h00 walk. After exploring the upper Manang villages that lead you join to Annapurna Circuit Treks part at Dharapani passing by beautiful villages, stones paved trail, mani walls and Chhortens then take a trail along Marsyangdi River to Taal.

  25. Day 25 Taal – Bahun Danda (1340 m)

    Taal – Bahun Danda (1340 m) 6h00 walk. After crossing a suspension bridge come across Chamje. And the trail goes along the Marsyandi River valley which opens beautiful landscapes, villages and dense forest of pines to Shyange. Then once across a suspension bridge over Marsyangdi river then take a trail in the Marijuana field at Ghermu Phant continues walk through the small villages, waterfalls, steep climb vertical rock-face getting Bahun-Danda.

  26. Day 26 Bahun-Danda – Bensishahar

    Bahun-Danda – Bensishahar (900 m) 6h00 walk. The last day of the walk that leads Bensi shahar passing by the small village of Ngadi in Marsyangdi valley get to Bulbule and walk along the road to Beshishahar

  27. Day 27 Bensi shahar – Kathmandu (1350 m)

    Bensi shahar – Kathmandu (1350 m) 6h00 This is picturesque drive passing through the several villages, rice fields, vegetation, river as well as beautiful mountains and get in Kathmandu in afternoon.

  28. Day 28 Final Departure

    Final Departure A representative from Alpine Glacier Treks will escort you to the airport approximately 3 hours before the scheduled flight.
